We publish these details under article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce. “Flarnex” is simply the name FLOFUM, S.L. trades under for its garden range; it is the same legal entity, not a subsidiary.

What the site is for

flarnex.com describes the garden tools we stock and lets you request a price. No money moves through the website at any point. Orders are settled in cash, handed to the courier when the parcel reaches you.

Your use of the site

Visiting these pages means you accept this notice. We ask that you do not use the site to break the law, attempt to disrupt or compromise it, or scrape its pages with automated tools.

Ownership of the content

Unless a page says otherwise, FLOFUM, S.L. owns the words, images, layout and code you see here. You are welcome to read and link to them, but reusing them commercially needs our written agreement. Where a product carries a manufacturer’s name, that name stays with its owner and appears only to identify the item.

How reliable the information is

Specifications are checked when a page is written. The price shown for each tool is the price you pay; only stock can change, so we confirm availability in writing before anything is sent.

Outside links

Occasionally we point to another website for reference. Those sites run independently of us, so their content and their data practices are their own responsibility, not ours.

When the site is down

Hosting faults and maintenance happen, and we cannot promise the pages will be reachable every minute. An outage has no effect on an order already confirmed to you by email.

Privacy and cookies

Complaints and disputes

Start with an email to support@flarnex.com; it is the quickest way to get a problem solved. If we cannot settle it between us, the consumer protection authority in your country can take it up, and for a purchase from another EU country so can the European Consumer Centre where you live.

Which law applies

Spanish law governs this notice and the Barcelona courts are competent to hear disputes. As a consumer you keep the option of taking a claim to the courts of the country you live in instead.
