FLOFUM, S.L. decides how your personal data is used and is responsible for it under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the protection of personal data and digital rights.
What we collect and why

That is everything. We do not ask for a password, because there are no accounts. Card numbers never reach us: paying by card, what you type goes straight to the payment company named on the checkout page, which collects the money and tells us only whether it cleared. Paying at the door, none of that exists. And we do not build marketing profiles or buying histories about you.
How long we keep it
If you write with a question but never order, we delete your details after 90 days. If you do order, we keep them for the 14-day return period and the three-year legal guarantee, and then for as long as Spanish commercial and tax law requires invoices to be kept — generally six years. After that they are deleted.
Who else sees it
The courier receives your name, address and mobile number, because they cannot deliver without them. Our accountant sees invoices, as Spanish tax law requires. Our email and hosting providers store the messages you send us.
No one else. We never sell, rent or share your data with advertisers, and your data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, limit or object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email support@flarnex.com; we will reply within one month and there is no charge.
If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, or online at www.aepd.es.
Automated decisions
None. Every request is read and answered by a person. No software scores, profiles or makes decisions about you.
